Nuvelo is focused on clinical development in the areas of acute cardiovascular disease, cancer and other debilitating medical conditions.
Nuvelo’s pipeline includes: NU172, a direct thrombin inhibitor in Phase 1 clinical trials, for use during medical and surgical procedures which require an anticoagulant; and NU206 for potential treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, including cancer-induced mucositis and inflammatory bowel disease, bone disorders, and wound-healing.
